Standard of Practice

Please book an appointment so we can discuss your immigration case and the cost of our service. We offer a timed 20 minutes free appointment. After the initial 20 minutes, we will charge £20 for every additional 10 minutes so it is very important that you provide us with complete information about yourself and your situation and prepare any questions you may have so you can maximise the free 20 minutes.

We have a guide price and the final cost is dependent on the complexity of the case.

Our team prepares a contract if you decide to use our services. Upon receiving your payment, we will send you a comprehensive list of documents based on your situation. We will then start on your visa application form once we receive copies of your documents via our encrypted email.

We will thoroughly check all the documents you send us to make sure that all the details we will declare on your visa application form will match all your supporting documents. 

Our team will start working on your visa application in English as soon as possible. Additional information on the form is essential, especially to explain your personal circumstances so we want to make sure everything is correct because your application form is the first document that will be seen by a UK immigration officer. You only get one chance to make a good first impression. 

In addition, we will draft all letters related to your application, including a cover letter, an invitation letter, a financial support letter, and parental travel permit (if applicable)

We will send you the access to the visa application form so that you can pay the Healthcare surcharge and visa fee. Once the relevant fees have been paid, we will schedule your appointment at the nearest visa facility centre.

To ensure that your supporting documents will be seen by the Immigration Officer/ Entry Clearance Officer which are up to our standards, we prefer to upload your documents ourselves. In addition to being more convenient for you, this will also save you the expense of buying scanning services at the visa facility centre. 

You will attend your biometric enrolment appointment at the visa facility centre. After submitting your biometric data and passport, we will need to wait for the decision. Passports can be kept with you while waiting for a decision at an additional charge. Following a decision, your passport will be couriered to you by the visa facility centre.

Getting your visa to come to the UK is not the end of our services.
